It had signed a concession agreement with ARSHEXA Consortium
for the Incheon International Airport Art Storage Development Project
Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 30th that it had signed a concession agreement with ARSHEXA Consortium for the Incheon International Airport Art Storage Development Project at Paradise City Hotel in Incheon.
Based on this agreement, the Incheon International Airport Corporation and ARSHEXA Consortium are embarking on a project to build art storage on about 43,669㎡ of land west of Incheon Airport, with the goal of opening in the first half of 2026.
The consortium invests about 379.5 billion won to build an art storage and operate it for about 30 years from 2026. About 30 people attended the signing ceremony, including Incheon International Airport Corporation President Kim Gyeong-wook, ARSHEXA Consortium CEO Song Moon-suk, and Luxembourg High-Security Hub CEO Philip Dobern.
